I am a New Jersey Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with children, couples, families and individuals.  I meet with people to improve their relationships with themselves, their surroundings and the people in their lives by working to acknowledge and replace unhelpful patterns to create lasting change.  I use an eclectic approach using systems therapy, mindfulness, psycho-education and cognitive behavioral therapy to empower clients to meet their goals.
