As a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist in New Jersey with over 10 years of
experience in treating addictions and substance use, and 5 years specializing in counseling
couples, I am passionate about helping individuals and families navigate life's challenges. My
approach is integrative and tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, with a focus on
creating lasting, positive change.

I primarily utilize Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
(CBT), empowering clients to focus on strengths, develop practical solutions, and achieve
personal growth. I also incorporate strength-based approaches to further support clients in
